Sales: Direct Entry as a Graduate

Are you are ambitious, do you possess the know-how and do you keep abreast of things in your field of professional interest? Does your entrepreneurial initiative make you more of a business partner then an employee? Then you are cut from the same cloth as our successful store managers! Your direct entry in our Sales Division will be the starting point for a rewarding career.


Direct entry: Bachelor Graduates welcome!

Individual job training will enable you to meet the challenges of your target position as a store manager. These challenges involve thinking outside of the box: you will become familiar with the processes of all the other corporate divisions.


A variety of professional training and development programs will advance your career. Take, for example, the Junior Executive Program. Over the course of 18 months you will get to know important business processes and the organization of our stores and headquarters. With distinct entrepreneurial thinking and initiative, you will have outstanding career prospects.


The program.

The overview phase will take seven months; during this phase you will receive intensive on-the-job training in the most important store departments.


This will serve as a preparation for your orientation phase at HQ. For three months, you will work in core HQ Divisions. Interesting tasks and clear-cut projects will give you an overview of business life at our headquarters. Specialization will follow.


You will then start advanced training in a managerial role. Eight months in stores will give you the chance to hone your skills and expand your practical knowledge; you will also gain your first experience in an executive role.


A mentor will support you right from the start of your training, usually an experienced regional manager. They will advise you on your career, explain internal processes and interrelations and give practical hints on professional behavior.


We will be straight in judging performance and career prospects. Feedback is provided in the form of one-to-one interviews and development plans, and will be open and honest.


You…

  • ...must already have or be studying towards a Bachelor degree,
  • ...have a passion for retail; previous experience in retail (internship or vocational training) is an asset,
  • ...must be dedicated,
  • ...be perceptive and work well in a team.
