Your training as a Retailer.

During your vocational training, you will become acquainted with all store departments. There, you will acquire basic knowledge of the goods, product lines and of organizational processes. You will then choose a focus and later specialize in two to three product types. Customer service is a central element of your training; we also help with the presentation of goods or stock-taking.

You must be outgoing and friendly, like team work and be interested in our range of goods. You are also a self-reliant and reliable worker.

Training period: 2 to 3 years, depending on your graduation

• Presentation of the corporation and the retailer training
