24 November 2011 - Praktiker AG: Comprehensive restructuring programme adopted / New start with downsized Management Board
A comprehensive investment programme to sharpen the two-brand strategy in Germany, a streamlined organisation with a common headquarter in Hamburg and an optimised store and country portfolio are to
return the Praktiker Group to economic success in the medium term. The Supervisory Board of Praktiker AG approved the corresponding restructuring concept today. At the same time, the Management Board was downsized from five to three members.
